Calling all Long Island BBYO Teens!

The time has finally come for our Spring Convention 2022!

If you are a BBYO member in 8th-12th we invite you to join us the weekend of May 13th for a couple days full of fun programs, unforgettable moments, meaningful shabbat experiences, special guests, and more!

Sign-up before Wednesday April 20th to take advantage of our early bird special. After that date, the price will increase to $379

Scholarships are available for this program. Please head on over to bbyo.org/scholarship-form to fill out the application.
Please wait to register for the event until all scholarship allocations have been distributed
The deadline for scholarships is Friday April 22nd,
**No applications will be accepted after that time!**

For the safety of our participants, the exact name of the hotel will not be announced until registrations have closed.

**As per current BBYO covid-19 guidelines, we are requiring all participants and staff members to be fully vaccinated with a booster shot in order to attend any overnight event**

Q&A
  • Spring Convention is for BBYO members only. Full membership required to sign up.
     
  • All meals are Kosher Style (Glatt Kosher available by request)
     
  • Rooms are on a quad basis
     
  • Roomate Requests: Teens may make one roomate request upon registration. Requests must be mutual (Teen A must request Teen B and vice versa). We will do our best to honor requests, but they are not guaranteed.

  • Adult supervision will be present, 1 adult staff member per 20 participants.

  • Staff nurse on-site at all times

  • Boys and Girls sleep in separate areas of the hotel.

  • We travel by Coach buses with a staff on each bus.

  • A school excuse note will be provided for Friday.
