Leadership Training Institute (LTI) is for all chapter leaders and any BBYO member. The focus of the day will be training our leaders to successfully lead their chapter throughout the rest of the year.

Board members should see the schedule below to know when to attend during the day. Open to all members and HIGHLY encouraged for Chapter Board Members (and chairpeople). Please plan to arrive 10 minutes earlier than your start time to find the Bowles Conference Center.

LTI will focus on the chapter and Regional Board members will have a meeting with them to talk about strengths, weaknesses, obstacles, and threats (SWOT). Additionally, leaders will plan their chapter calendar for the remainder of the programming year.

  • 10:00 am - 11:30 am: Meeting with Regional Board

  • 11:30 am - 12:45 pm: Calendaring

• 11:30 am - 2:15 pm Judy Ann Leven BBG  and Dave Hochman AZA 

  • 11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Meeting with Regional Board

  • 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm: Calendaring

• 1:30 - 4:15 pm North Shore BBYOand Ariel Ometz BBYO

  • 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Meeting with Regional Board

  • 3:00 - 4:15 pm: Calendaring

• 3:00 pm - 5:15 pm: Tikvah Marla Zeiff BBG and Alan Soifert AZA 

  • 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Meeting with Regional Board

  • 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm: Calendaring

• 3:15 pm - 6:00 - pm: Sababa AZA and Mishpucha BBG

  • 3:15 pm - 4:30: Calendaring
