What is LTI?

Leadership Training Institute (LTI) is for all BBYO NER chapter and regional leaders who hold positions. The focus is on training our leaders to successfully lead their chapter throughout the year. Leaders will learn about their positions, meet with their regional counterparts, participate in team buidling activities, create membership lists and plan their chapter's calendar. 

FAQs

• LTI is MANDATORY for all regional and chapter board members.
• Lunch will be provided!
• We will have some breakfast items and snacks but teens should eat beforehand!
• Teens are allowed to bring outside snacks, drinks, water bottles, coffee and more. They must be kosher due to Gann Academy policies!
• Transportation is not provided. We ask for teens to carpool to the event. Per BBYO policy teens are permitted to drive to certain regional daytime events and chapter meetings/events.  If you need help setting up a carpool, please contact Jeff at [email protected]
• The cost is $50 and provides teens with the experience to learn about their responsibilities and positions, lunch, other food, leadership takeaways and more.
• Registration closes Thursday September 5.
• Staff and advisors will be present throughout LTI.
