Teens will need to bring sleeping bags and pillows.

We will provide a packing list closer to the event and make additions depending on weather forecasts.

Who's Leading the Convention?
We will have staff, advisors, guests present throughout the weekend.  Fall Convention is run by our teen-led steering committee led by our Regional S'ganim (VP's of Programming) Abby Mahr of Mishpucha BBG and Harry Barnett  of Sababa AZA in the Metrowest.

Additionally, we have a teen led steering committee made up of teens from all over the region to lead services, activities and more!

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the final registration deadline for this program. Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (hotel, transportation, etc.). Within ten days of convention we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given (unless a doctors note is received due to illness). “No shows” will not receive a refund.

Depending on registration, camp availability and transportation we may have to close registration earlier than  deadline and your teen will be placed on a waitlist.

Camp will prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free alternatives for those who have allergies.  Menu will be provided closer to the date of the event.  If you have any concerns, contact Jeff who is happy to put you in touch with Bournedale staff.
