Lonestar and NTO Juniors and Seniors are invited to join us at Texoma Convention - Better Together! This will be an unforgettable weekend where teens from across Texas and Oklahoma. 

Join us for a weekend full of opportunities to reconnect with friends and meet new ones. This will be our biggest convention of the year and you will not want to miss it!

  • Sunday, December 3 - Convention Registration Opens

  • Wednesday, December 13 at 11:59 PM - Scholarship Applications Due

  • Friday, December 15 - Scholarships Awarded

  • Tuesday, Dec 19 - Scholarships must be claimed

  • Wednesday, December 20 - Registration closes and last day to cancel with a refund

  • Thursday, December 21st and beyond - Canceled registrations will not be eligible for a refund

  • Wednesday, January 3 - Final Payment, Camp Waivers, CampDoc due, School Note requests due

WHO IS INVITED?
Open to BBYO members in 11th and 12th grade, only. 

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Registration opens Sunday, December 3rd at 6 PM and closes on Wednesday, December 20th at 11:59 PM. 

  • Regular Price: $399, with a $250 deposit 

The price includes lodging, all meals, all programs, transportation, and the convention giveaway.

DO YOU OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS?
Yes, scholarships are available. Teens will not be required to put down a deposit in order to apply for a scholarship. The deadline to submit scholarship applications is Wednesday, December 13th. Scholarship forms must be completed online: Regional Scholarship Online Form.

Scholarships will be awarded via email on Friday, December 13th and must be claimed no later than Tuesday, December 19th at noon. 

REQUIRED FORMS:
All participants and parents are required to complete a health form on CampDoc before attending a BBYO convention. These forms provide dietary, medical, and other important information to our medical team. Teens will not be allowed to attend conventions without completed forms. In addition, teens will need to fill out a waiver provided by the camp.

TRANSPORTATION:
Round-trip transportation will be arranged for all teens. Teens cannot drive themselves to the convention. Parents will be responsible for dropping off teens and picking up teens at our bus stop. 

Dallas: Dallas’ drop off and pick up location will be Anshai Torah. On Friday, teens will need to arrive by 4:30 PM to depart for camp at 5:00 PM. On Sunday, teens will be departing from camp at 1:30 PM with an expected arrival back to Dallas of 4:30 PM.

Tulsa: Courtney, Lydia, and David will work on the exact transportation and timing for the weekend.

Late Arrival/Early Departure: Teens are permitted to arrive late and/or be picked up early by a pre-approved parent or guardian. Please keep an eye out for our Late Arrival/Early Departure form to be sent as convention approaches.
