AIT/MIT Convention Registration opens today! AIT/MIT is open to all first and second year members of BBYO in 8th-12th grade, who have not attended this convention before.
*AIT MIT is also open to Chapter Presidents and Chapter Membership Vice-Presidents
Flash Sale: Thursday January 31-Sunday Febuary 3 at a special rate of $250.
Regular registration opens on Monday, February 4th, and will continue through Saturday, February 9th at the price of $270.
Late registration opens on Sunday, February 10, and will continue through February, 22 at a price of $290.
About AIT/MIT Convention
AIT/MIT (Aleph in training/Member in training) serves as a fun and immersive way for ONR BBYO members to learn all about BBYO, and take the beginning steps to learn what it takes to become a chapter officer, and more! The weekend is focused on leadership, learning the history and traditions of BBYO, and spending plenty of time bonding with other teens from around the region, and in various chapters. You/your teen will not want to miss out on this convention!
AIT/MIT will take place at the Marriott Cleveland East (at Harvard Park) from Friday, March 8th to Sunday, March 10th. Teens should arrive at the Marriott at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 8, and get picked up at 11:00 a.m. at the Marriott on Sunday, March 10. Teens are NOT permitted to drive themselves to overnight conventions.
Parents - You are invited to our Parent Brunch on Sunday during AIT/MIT Weekend!
Parents are invited to stop by the Marriott starting at 10:00 a.m. through 11 a.m., for brunch, and an opportunity to hear all about ONR BBYO and learn more! Pick up from convention is at 11 a.m. on Sunday, so we hope that you will be able to stop by before!

Scholarships
While BBYO attempts to limit our costs, we recognize that some families require financial assistance. If you require need-based financial aid, please fill out our regional scholarship form here: https://bbyo.org/regionalscholarship/
Scholarships are NOT available during late registration (after February 9).
Forms
Medical forms and Waivers must be filled out prior to attending the weekend. Forms are done through the “Camp Docs” system online, and the online submission must be completed by March 1, in order for teens to attend the weekend. After registering for the event, you will receive an email to complete the medical form.
Cancellation Policy
If a registered participant cancels by Febuary 22, (the final day of registration), a full refund will be received. After Febuary 22, we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
