Fall Convention is here!!! Join your fellow BBYO members at Camp Wise for ONR's first overnight convention of the year! 

Fall Convention will begin Friday, November 12th @ 5PM and will end on Saturday, November 13th @ 7:30 PM.  

Cost: 

Early Bird Flash Sale: $175 
Wednesday, October 6th - Sunday, October 10th @ 11:59PM

Regular Price: $185
Monday, October 11th - Wednesday, November 3rd @ 11:59PM

Scholarships: While BBYO attempts to limit our costs, we recognize that some families require financial assistance. If you require need-based financial aid, please fill out our BBYO scholarship form here. The last day to apply for Scholarships will be the final day of registration.

Forms
Medical forms and Waivers must be filled out prior to attending the weekend. Forms are done through the “Camp Docs” system online, and the online submission must be completed by November 7th, in order for teens to attend the event. After registering for the event, you will receive an email to complete the medical form.

***In order to attend any BBYO overnight, teens must be fully vaccinated and have filled out the Covid Vaccine Acknowledgement form which will automatically be emailed to you when you register for convention.***
 
Cancellation Policy
If a registered participant cancels by November 3rd, (the final day of registration), a full refund will be received. After November 3rd, we’ve already confirmed the final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
