About Spirit Convention Spring Convention is new to ONR this year, and is a weekend filled with “ruach” (spirit). The convention will take place at Camp Wise, and it is scheduled from Friday, October 28-Sunday, October 30. Teens should arrive at Camp Wise at 5:00 p.m., and get picked up at 12:00 p.m. at Camp Wise on Sunday, October 30. Teens are NOT permitted to drive themselves to overnight conventions. Scholarships While BBYO attempts to limit our costs, we recognize that some families require financial assistance. If you require need-based financial aid, please fill out our regional scholarship form here: https://bbyo.org/regionalscholarship/ Scholarships are NOT available during late registration (after October 5). Forms Medical forms and Waivers must be filled out prior to attending the weekend. Forms are now done through the “Camp Docs” system online, and the online submission must be completed by October 21, in order for teens to attend the weekend. After registering for the event, you will receive an email to complete the medical form. Cancellation Policy: If a registered participant cancels by October 16, (the final day of late registration), a full refund will be received. If a registered participant cancels after October 16, a partial refund (half the amount paid) will be issued.
