We are so excited to bring back Beau Ball, a PWR tradition that's been missing from our calendar for the last few years due to the pandemic. This is one of our most popular events and tickets will likely run out!
What's Beau Ball?
Beau Ball is BBYO's Homecoming/Prom-style dance. Attendees can register to come with friends, alone, or with a date.
When and where is Beau Ball?
This exclusive event takes place on Saturday, April 30th from 7-10pm at Solar Studios in Glendale, CA.
Is there a theme?
This year's theme is PWR Enters the Roaring 2022's! All members should pull out their best 20's, Great Gatsby, and/or flappers-inspired apparel! There will be a photo booth so we can't wait for all the in-themed photos of our Wolfpack and for us all to dance the night away together!
How do I register? How much does it cost?
You can register on this page!
The main event registration will be open until April 25th at 12PM. Tickets during the main registration period will be $50.
Late registration will be from April 25th at 12PM to April 29th at 5PM. The late registration price will be $60.
Are there any special promotions?
Yes! We are holding a contest to see who has the best "Beau-posal" (like a 'Prom-posal') video. The winner will win them and their date free admission to the event! In order to submit your entry to our contest, simply post your Beau-posal video to Instagram and tag @pwrbbyo! Videos must be uploaded and our account must be tagged before our main registration closes on Monday, April 25th at 12pm. The winner will be announced that week.
I'm not a BBYO member yet, can I still come?
Yes! Prospective members are more than welcome to attend this event. Not only that, but all prospects who attend and all members who bring a prospect will receive a limited edition PWR sticker to commemorate the event! If you are coming with a date or a group of friends, they do not need to be in BBYO. Everybody will be required to register, though.
How do I get to the event?
We will not be providing a bus, so teens will need to drive themselves or coordinate rides with friends or family. The address will be sent out to attendees the week of the event. There is plenty of parking at our venue, but we strongly encourage all chapters to carpool or members to get dropped off by parents.
Will there be food?
We will be providing light food and drinks at the event so please make sure to eat dinner before arriving!
What's the Covid policy?
Masks will not be required at this event. All attendees will need to show proof of vaccination* within the last 6 months upon arrival. Those without proof of vaccination must provide a negative rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of arriving to the event. If anybody comes and has neither a valid vaccination or a negative rapid antigen test, they will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.
*Fine print: In the last six months, attendees must have received either (A) one J&J shot (B) two Pfizer/Moderna shots or(C) a J&J, Moderna, or Pfizer booster shot.
