To kickoff Spring term, we are excited to bring Orange County and San Diego teens together for a fun afternoon at Belmont Park in San Deigo! 

1:00PM - Bus leaves Temple Bat Yahm in Newport Beach (for Orange County Teens)

2:30PM - San Diego teens arrive and meet bus from OC at Belmont Park for unlimited rides and games! Dinner included! 

5:00PM - We gather to watch the sunset at Mission Beach together

5:45PM - OC bus departs and San Deigo teens get picked up.

7:30PM - OC teens return to Temple Bat Yahm and are picked up.

Can I pay when when I arrive?

No, you must register and pay in advance to attend this event. 

Will transportation be provided? 

Transportation will be provided for Orange County teens only. There will be a bus leaving Temple Bat Yahm at 1:00pm and will return upon the completion of the event. Teens can drive to temple Bat Yahm and leave their cars at the parking lot. San Diego teens will be responsible for showing up to Belmont Park and must check in upon arrival. 

Who can attend this event? 

Our Kickoff events are for anyone interested in BBYO and for those that are already members.  We encourage you to invite some of your Jewish friends who might want to check out BBYO. 

Will food be provided? 

Yes, all teens will be provided a food voucher that will provide them with the following: 

Includes 1 entrée from 3 Fast Casual Locations including:

  • Belmonty's: Hamburger with 12 oz  beverage & Dole Whip Dessert voucher
  • Roundtable: Slice of Pizza with 12 oz  beverage & Dole Whip Dessert voucher
  • Hot Dog on a Stick: Corn Dog or Cheese on a Stick with 12 oz  beverage & Dole Whip Dessert voucher

 When the event ends, is BBYO still responsible for my teen? 

Once we end the event and everyone gets picked up or checks out with staff and goes to their car, BBYO is no longer liable for your teen.  If your teen is planning on doing something before or after the event, please note that those moments are not BBYO programs.
