What will I need to bring with me to Execs?

● A sack lunch  (kosher style and nut free)

● A full water bottle

● Sunblock and a hat

● Hand Sanitizer

● Any medication you may need

● Masks (the meeting will be outdoors, however you may need masks for any potential indoor activities)

● Pens/Highlighters to annotate any legislation We are SO excited to all join together and make history in PWR on September 26, 2021!

What are the Covid protocols?
•Continue outdoor programming wherever possible
•Masks required for all indoor programming except for meals
•Hand washing/sanitizer available at BBYO programs
•All teen facing staff and advisors must be vaccinated
•Teens are required to be vaccinated for any chapter/regional overnight programs and parents must sign off on teen vaccine form
•Parent hosts must be vaccinated and sign off on host vaccine form

LAC | DPH | COVID-19 Quarantine (lacounty.gov)
• In Los Angeles County, if you have been in close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 you are required to:

1. Quarantine - stay home and separate yourself from others (unless you are exempt)
2. Monitor your health for 14 days
3. Follow the Health Officer Quarantine Order along with the steps below

It is recommended that you get tested for COVID-19 (unless you had a positive test in the last 90 days).

Who is exempt from quarantine?
 

You are not required to quarantine (you are exempt) if you do not have symptoms AND you either:

• Are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• OR
• Tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 3 months and recovered.

Even if you do not need to quarantine, you are required to monitor your health for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days from your last contact with the infected person and to follow instructions for fully vaccinated or recently recovered close contacts.
•  In Los Angeles County, everyone 2 years of age and older must* wear a mask in all indoor public settings, venues, gatherings, public and private businesses and at outdoor Mega Events, regardless of their vaccination status. They must also continue to wear a mask on all public transit and transit hubs, at all health care settings, correctional facilities, shelters and cooling centers, and schools and day care facilities.
