States are a moment where we honor our 12th Regional Presidents, Lexi Gold and Nate Neustadt, hear speeches from them and the rest of the 12th board on how their term went, and celebrate an incredible year as a PWR Wolfpack! 

Installs and Dismissals are a very special candle lighting ceremony where we honor the past board and celebrate the newly elected board. We understand that these are special moments not only in the teens' lives, but their wonderful families and friends!
