HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS:
BBYO works with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system. All participants and parents are required to complete a health file before attending a BBYO convention. Once you have registered for the convention, you will receive an email inviting you to join CampDoc. Accept the invitation and complete or update all forms. These forms provide dietary, medical and other important information. Teens will not be allowed to attend without a complete profile.
COVID Protocol:
As you sign up for convention, we want to provide more clarity on how we are navigating COVID at this overnight event. Based on the CDC and BBYO guidelines, and our own experience and ability, we are moving forward with convention by doing the following:
Please bring a picture of your teen holding the rapid test.
WHAT TO BRING: A detailed packing list will be sent out in the weeks leading up to convention. The teens will be staying in hotel rooms. The food will be kosher style, vegetarian.
TRANSPORTATION: A transportation and logistics email will go out one week prior to convention and will include drop off and pick up time. Please note teens are never allowed to drive or use rideshare to BBYO conventions.
REFUNDS: The last day for a full refund is Friday, October 13th.
