The deadline is May 1st. Scholarship forms are available here: https://bbyo.org/regionalscholarship/. The deadline for submissions is May 1st. ____________________________________________________ **Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the final regular registration deadline for this program (May 4th). Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the regular registration deadline (May 4th), partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid until May 8th (Camp, transportation, etc.). Within eight days of convention we have already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. No Shows will not receive a refund.
