What is WRC?

WRC stands for Winter Regional Convention. WRC is a 2-night convention in a hotel. It is our annual spirit conventions where the chapters compete for the Regional spirit trophies. 

Will I have to be Vaccinated to attend WRC?

Yes! Every teen and staff member must be FULLY vaccinated to attend WRC this year. 

Will masks be worn?

Masks will be optional for anyone to wear 

How does Rooming Work?

You will select your roommate request at the end of registration. We are rooming 4 to a room. With teens sharing a bed with someone.

Who will I room with? You will get the chance to put in roommate requests. We do our best to place you with at least one of your requests. :) 

Can I register after the registration deadline?

No. Registration closes at 11:59pm on Tursday November 21st. If a teen wishes to register after this date he/she should not expect to be able to attend the convention. We do our best to accommodate but it can’t always work. Once registration closes, we send our numbers to the hotel for food and rooming, and it can be difficult to make changes.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

• Cancellations made on or before the final registration deadline (11/21/22) date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within the week of the convention/program:
  • Death in the family – full refund
  • Medical excuse with doctor’s note – 50% refund
  • Other reasons – at the staff’s discretion, up to 30%
  • No-shows will not be granted refunds

Where is WRC being held this year?

We are excited to head to the Delta Hotel in Racine, WI

What time will the buses leave on Friday?

The buses will leave around 4:30pm on Friday December 2nd from the MJDS parking lot.

What time will we be back on Sunday?

We estimate returning to the MJDS parking lot at 2:30pm
