With nearly a century of rich history, BBYO has brought leadership training opportunities and a positive identity to thousands of Jewish teens. Today, BBYO reaches 70,000 Jewish teens in 700+ chapters across 50 countries around the world, including working right here in Cincinnati with Jewish leadership training programs for local teens.
BBYO leadership begins at AZA and BBG, and we want to share our fraternity and sorority (and all its benefits) with Jewish teens across Cincinnati and around the world. Through our one-of-a-kind experiences and rich traditions, Alephs and BBGs develop a strong Jewish identity, are passionate about making the world a better place for future generations and are ready to lead. Let's build a future right here in Cincinnati where someone's Bar or Bat Mitzvah is the beginning of their Jewish life, not the end.
Our leadership training programs in Cincinnati for Jewish teens are centered around our core values: Inclusivity, Jewish Identity, Active Leadership, and Tradition.
In AZA and BBG, we want you to take the reins and lead. As a member-led organization, we have Cincinnati teens at the front of the room and behind the scenes taking on leadership roles—from committees to elected positions—to support their chapter, council, region, country, and the entire International Order.
Leadership training programs are open to all Jewish teens in Cincinnati in 8th-12th grade.
