This members-only experience is bound to set the bar. All 8th-12th grade Delta Region teens are invited to Memphis, from April 21-23, for a Spring Convention like you've never seen before. Aside from diving deep into the uniqueness of our BBYO siblinghood, we will celebrate our past year and set our sights on what's to come.

After Fall Convention we know that a weekend back together is what you need.

WHAT TO EXPECT ðŸ‘€

Spring Convention is the topper on the cake! It's a weekend that includes our State of the Address ceremony, honoring our Regional Presidents, a convention outing where will we have the opportunity to get out of the hotel and explore Memphis, and a J-Serve experience like you've never seen before. The weekend is tied together on Sunday morning as we move to elect our 76th and 96th Delta Regional Boards.

COME J-SERVE WITH US!

Over the weekend of April 21-23, teens from across the world will be participating in J-Serve; A unique opportunity to band together through service as a united global network committed to fulfilling the Jewish values of gemilut chasidim, acts of loving kindness, tzedakah, just and charitable giving, and tikkun olam, the responsibility to repair the world. This year, Jewish teens from across Delta Region will spend time on this special day and throughout the convention to make their community and the world a better place.

Cost: $350.00

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS:  SPRING 2023 UPDATE

BBYO follows the CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 vaccination and as a result, highly recommends each participant be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including the most recent booster available. Boosters are an important part of protecting yourself or those around you from getting seriously ill or dying from COVID-19. BBYO is following the guidance of many public health institutions, scientists, and medical professionals who have led the battle against the coronavirus and are recommending that people be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. For additional information, please review our official COVID-19 Policy document.

For overnight events of 50 participants or larger, as well as ALL overnight summer program experiences (regardless of group size), participants must arrive with a photo of a negative COVID-19 test taken the day of travel of their event with their name and the date written next to their test. At-home tests are acceptable.

Should a teen test positive, they will not be permitted to attend. As part of our commitment to one another in creating a safe and respectful community, we expect families to honor these requirements. Teens exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms at any immersive activity may be tested at any point. This policy is subject to change based on CDC guidelines and/or guidance from BBYO’s Medical Advisory Committee.

While BBYO does not require masking at events, we invite participants to wear masks should they wish to do so. We encourage everyone to respect the individual choices made by others as it relates to masking.

BBYO works with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system. All participants and parents are required to complete a health file before attending a BBYO convention. Once you have registered for the convention, you will receive an email inviting you to join CampDoc. Accept the invitation and complete or update all forms. These forms provide dietary, medical, and other important information. Teens will not be allowed to attend without a complete profile.
