Lets start EGR's 2022-2023 School Year off right by coming together as a regional board! This exciting overnight will be filled with lots of opportunities to come together as a board, engage in leadership training, plan out the year ahead, and of course HAVE FUN!! This event is all about getting to bond as a regional board and become a team that will lead our region forward for the year! Can't wait to see you all there!

This event is for Evergreen Regional Board members ONLY!

- How will I get to and from the event?

Great question! Seattle teens will be driven down to PDX with EGR Regional Director Justyn Jacobs. Portland teens please either

a) drive yourself if you are of legal age to drive

b) get dropped off by a parent/carpool

If you have no ride to this event please contact Justyn Jacobs at [email protected] and she will assist in finding you a carpool situation

 - What about Covid? What are the protocols?

BBYO is continually updating protocols to keep our community safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, while ensuring we are still able to provide programming for our teens. All participants, staff, and guests at convention must provide proof of full vaccination in order to attend.

Out of an abundance of caution, we have made the decision that all participants attending the Regional Board Overnight must provide evidence of a negative Covid test. Please arrange to take a rapid antigen at home test August 23rd prior to arriving at RBO. Proof of negative test will be presented upon arrival at RBO or at the van pickup location for Seattle teens.
