Members of BBYO Hudson Valley Region attending AZAA are then invited to join Winter Convention for Saturday evening! 

After competing in basketball, come over to convention for Dinner, Havdallah, and the dance! Pre-registration and membership is required. Members attending this add on MUST be picked up by 11pm.

Q&A

I just had a blast at AZAA and all the activities at convention, can I decide to sleep over that night?

No. You must be registered for Winter Convention in order to sleep at the hotel. Unfortunately, Winter Convention registration closed on November 13th but we look forward to having you at the next one!

This is my first BBYO Immersive experience. What is expected of me?

All participants are expected to follow the Code of Conduct. Any violations will earn immediate disciplinary actions and in certain cases, participants will be sent home at any hour at their own expense and can be suspended from the BBYO program.

Will there be bussing for this event?

There will NOT be bussing for this event located in Tarrytown. Exact location will be released closer to the weekend for security purposes.

Can I drive myself to AZAA - Winter Convention add on?

Members will be allowed to drive themselves to this event. Normally, teens are not allowed to drive themselves to conventions but as this is an add on and you will not be sleeping over, it will be allowed for this specific event. If you are in a jam, please reach out to [email protected] and we can help coordinate a ride for you.
