What is the timing of the event? We will be gathering as a large group from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the JCC Mid-Westchester on Saturday, September 11th and again as only chapter boards (locations will be individualized and communicated shortly) on Sunday morning, September 12th from 9:30 - 12 pm.

What is the Covid-19 Protocol? We are planning to have all programs and meetings outdoors and will be requiring masks. For Sunday meetings, if being hosted in the yard of someone's home, that host's parents will need to sign the hosting waiver.

What to bring: Yourself, a computer, (if communicated by your counterparts) face mask, folding chair, water bottle

Will food be available? Yes! We will be serving a pizza and salad dinner from Italian Village in the Golden Horseshoe, and will be providing continental breakfast on Sunday morning in your chapter groups. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please email [email protected] so we can plan accordingly.

I'm not sure I really know what I'm doing... Not a problem at all! You were elected into your position because your chapter believes and trusts that you care about your chapter and BBYO and are willing to put forth the effort to have a FUN, memorable year. No need to be an expert, that's what this training is all about!
