KIOs Going Back to Convention! Join your fellow Alephs and BBGs from Friday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 25th. Convention programming will take place during non-school hours.
This year, Spring Convention will be held locally across KIO and in-person programming will take place in Louisville, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. SC will be a fun weekend packed with programs Friday night, Saturday all day & evening, and Sunday day. Sunday programs will include JServe and a special social outing. Programming will take place in-person, with virtual programs in the evenings, as well as Saturday morning. There will also be moments where we connect together as one community throughout the weekend. This is a convention not to be missed! More details on the schedule to follow in the coming weeks.
Spring Convention costs $90 and you can register here. Registration is open from Tuesday, March 16th through Tuesday, April 6th. This convention is open to all BBYO members in 8th-12th grade.
Teens will each receive an exclusive convention swag bag full of surprises the week of convention! Local staff will be in touch regarding pick-up/delivery. In addition, all programs supplies are included in the registration price.
Scholarships: While BBYO attempts to limit our costs, we recognize that some families require financial assistance. If you require need-based financial aid, please fill out our BBYO scholarship form here. The last day to apply for Scholarships will be Wednesday, March 31st.
Cancellation Policy: If a registered participant cancels by April 6th, (the final day of registration), a full refund will be received. After April 6th, we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
You definitely don't want to miss out on the final convention of the year!
