We are excited to announce that we are opening registration for Spring Regional Convention! Please see below for convention details: LOCATION: Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek DATE: Friday, March 31st- Sunday, April 2nd. COST: $360 (WE HAVE LIMITED SPOTS, SO DO NOT MISS OUT)
Registration closes on 5:00pm Friday March 6th- NO EXCEPTIONS! SCHOLARSHIP: Scholarship is available by applying here. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by February 15th 5:00pm. All applicants will be notified of their status on Friday February 17th. (Applying for scholarship holds your spot for registration)
TRANSPORTATION: There will be a bus to transport teens from South Miami to the hotel on Friday ONLY! Teens from the Miami Beach and Aventura maut fill out the questionairre in order to have a second stp added.
We invite parents to join us for Closing Ceremonies of convention as they pick up their teens. Information regarding bus and pick up times will be sent out prior to the convention. Participants MAY NOT drive to or from the convention.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before February 28th at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after February 28th will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances. Please reach out via email at [email protected] if you have any questions. COVID-19 POLICY: We are committed to providing teens with a safe and healthy environment while attending BBYO programs. As of December 2022, all participants attending BBYO overnight events must be vaccinated and have a parent sign off on their covid vaccine form. Teens will be in a room with 4 other participants (a double suite holds 6) and share a bed with one other teen. We are asking families not to send teens to events if they are experiencing any of the symptoms laid out in our COVID-19 waiver. We recommend and expect our participants, hosts, staff, and volunteers to follow personal protection and disinfection protocols to limit transmission of disease at all BBYO programs. To help us adequately prepare for in-person events, all participants must register in advance on MyBBYO so that we can best safeguard the health and safety of everyone in attendance.

WHAT IS SPRING REGIONAL CONVENTION (SRC): Our Spring Regional Convention is a culmination of a year-end celebration of the past programming year. Highlights include our, Chapter Programming Showcase, Separates, Lives and The Election of our Regional Board, as well as our Regional Spirit Competition. It is certainly a convention not to be missed!
