Ingredients:

- 1/2 box of some long-shaped pasta. Spaghetti, Fettuccini, etc

- 1 bushel of Basil

- 1 bushel of mint

- 1/2 cup of pine nuts, LIGHTLY toasted (skip if allergic)

- 1 clove of garlic

- Bottle of extra virgin olive oil

- ~2 cups of mushroom. Preferably hen-of-the-woods (maitake), but any will do just fine

- Salt

- Pepper

- ~1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated

Cooking Items Needed:

- Large pot to cook pasta in

- Blender or food processor

- Knife

- Cutting board

- 1 large bowl

- 1 large skillet
