Join us for Leadership Training Institute!

Teen leaders will begin the day with a group welcome and learning experience around BBYO's MRIHA Recruitment and Retention Training. The day continues with workshops facilitated by guests and advisors.Topics include event planning, communication and marketing, leading a chapter, membership, fundraising, etc.

Following lunch, chapter leaders will have the opportunity to meet with their regional counterparts to learn more about their position and understand their roles on chapter board. Teens not on board will be able to sit with the Regional Director and enjoy learning opportunities around 10 Things All (Jewish) Leaders Need to Know.

At the end of the day, teens and their advisors will meet as a chapter and plan out their calendar for the next few months (up until January 20, 2017).

This leadership training day is mandatory for all regional and chapter board members. All BBYO Members are invited to attend the training!

Transportation is not provided. We ask for teens to carpool to the event. Per BBYO policy teens are permitted to drive to regional day time events and chapter meetings/events. (Teens are not permitted to drive to regional night dances or conventions).

$36 provides teens with the experience to learn about their responsibilities and positions, lunch, leadership takeaways, and leadership swag.
