Join SJR BBYO for our first convention of the 2020-2021 year- Conclave!

Conclave will include:

  • An awesome weekend filled with friends, spirit, and fun
  • Engaging Shabbat services planned by your fellow teen leaders, as well as services with over 20 other BBYO regions.
  • Song sessions, social programs, and speakers with over 20 other BBYO regions
  • Fun and meaningful exclusive SJR teen led programming all weekend long!
  • Even more surprises along the way!

We are all at home, but that doesn't mean we can't spend the weekend together.

Price: There are two different price options for Conclave

  • Option A: $50 will get you your SJR Swag and Supplies for our programs
  • Option B: $25 will grant you access to our convention with no swag or supplies

The profits earned will directly benefit our local BBYO community to help us continue to operate and offer meaningful teen programming.

A custom website will be used for Conclave, and the link to access that website will be sent to all teens who register! This website will include all links to join us during the weekend.

Q&A

What supplies will be in the supply box?

The exact contents of the supply box have not yet been deterimined but at minimum it will include a convention swag item, supplies to help you participate in 1-2 convention programs, and other surprise goodies!

Can I still participate in programming without the supplies?

Yes! The exact supply list will be sent out closer to convention so you know what everyone is receiving and can stock up on your own supplies or find alternatives at home. 

Why does a virtual convention cost money? 

Great question! While virtual conventions are much, much cheaper than in-person conventions ($25/50 vs. $185 for Conclave last year), there are still some costs associated with it. The convention fee helps cover convention supplies, software, guest speakers, staffing, and a songleader. The profits earned will directly benefit our local BBYO community to help us continue to operate and offer meaningful teen programming.
