Event Details

Dance your heart out to the backdrop of the greatest battle ever fought: the battle between Good and Evil! Highlights of the night include a wicked atmosphere that splits the room between the forces of good and evil, an ice cream truck with Beau-exclusive flavors, great music, fun with friends, and much much more!

In order to keep costs down, there will be no buses provided for this event. We encourage chapters to organize rides. Teens can drive to and from this event. We always encourage parents to drive when possible.

Registration​​​​​

The first 135 registrants before Monday, February 25 will get $5 off the event price. You must use the discount code "CRWBeau19". 

We ask that everyone register during the regular registration window before Monday, March 4th. This will allow us to prepare adequately for all our guests. We will allow late and at-the-door registration for an additional $5 added to the event price. 

Internation Service Fund 

A small portion of convention registration revenue is donated to BBYO's International Service Fund (ISF). ISF is AZA and BBG's treasury that allows our members to be engaged in the affairs of the global Jewish community. More information about ISF can be found by clicking here. 

Cancellation Policy

The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the end of regular registration on Sunday, March 3rd at 11:59 . Until that time, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on expenses already paid. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
