Our Vision

For over a century, AZA and BBG have been providing exceptional leadership programs and identity enrichment experiences, shaping the confidence and character of more than 400,000 alumni worldwide. Now, BBYO serves as the Jewish community’s most valuable platform for delivering to the post-Bar/Bat Mitzvah audience fun, meaningful, and affordable experiences that inspire a lasting connection to the Jewish People.

Over time, AZA and BBG have embraced new causes, responded to evolving social issues, and launched a range of initiatives. At every level, these efforts are shaped by the Movement’s core priorities. Those priorities and guiding principles capture our shared values and reflect the interests and passions of Alephs and BBGs around the world.
