Vacation and Time Off
- Flex PTO: Take time off when you need it—no accruals, caps, or “use it or lose it” rules. At least 15 days/year plus paid holidays
- Paid Holidays: Jewish and secular holidays, plus two week-long organizational shutdowns
- Sabbatical: Four-week paid sabbatical for employees with 10+ years of service
- Shabbat Observance: Offices close at 3:30 PM on Fridays during standard time
- Sick Leave: Fourteen days/year, with carryover up to 30 days
Family and Child Support
- Parental Leave: Full-time employees with 1+ years of service receive four weeks of paid leave for birth or adoption of a child in addition to FMLA and Short-Term Disability. This results in at least 12 weeks of paid family leave.
- Teen Involvement Program: $2,000 per year per eligible child for BBYO programs
- Child Care Benefit: Support for children on BBYO business travel, including stipend and meals
Financial and Retirement
- Student Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
- 403(b) and Roth Retirement Plan: Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%, vesting over four years
