B'Yachad convention registration is $325.

COVID Protocols

To ensure we are keeping teens, advisors, and staff safe we have a few policies in place for convention:

  • Everyone will be using masks while inside during convention and we will be in large banquet rooms/ballrooms during convention to allow for social distancing.
  • On Saturday of convention, we will be outside for the duration of the day at Camp Shalom.
  • Teens will be cohorted for sleeping and will only be in sleeping rooms with teens from their own chapter/communities
  • All teens, advisors, and staff who attend a BBYO overnight are required to be fully vaccinated (vax date plus 2 weeks) against COVID 19.

Q&A

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?

Yes. All convention attendees must be vaccinated to attend convention. As per our new BBYO COVID policies, "Beginning in August 2021, BBYO is requiring all teens, staff, and advisors attending any overnight programs (chapter, city, council, regional, and international programs) based in the United States to be fully vaccinated (vax date plus two weeks). Currently, Moderna, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, or Johnson & Johnson are the accepted vaccines."

Will there be transportation?

Yes, we will provide bus transportation to the convention hotel in Windsor. Please be advised, there will not be pick up locations in every community.
