This members-only experience is bound to set the bar. All 8th-12th grade Delta Region teens are invited to Memphis, from April 1-3, for a Spring Convention like you've never seen before. Aside from diving deep into the uniqueness of our BBYO siblinghood, we will celebrate our past year and set our sights on what's to come.
After Fall Convention we know that a weekend back together is what you need.
WHAT TO EXPECT 👀
Spring Convention is the topper on the cake! It's a weekend that includes our State of the Address ceremony, honoring our Regional Presidents, a convention outing where will we have the opportunity to get out of the hotel and explore Memphis, and a J-Serve experience like you've never seen before. The weekend is tied together on Sunday morning as we move to elect our 75th and 95th Delta Regional Boards.
COME J-SERVE WITH US!
Over the weekend of April 1-3, teens from across the world will be participating in J-Serve; A unique opportunity to band together through service as a united global network committed to fulfilling the Jewish values of gemilut chasidim, acts of loving kindness, tzedakah, just and charitable giving, and tikkun olam, the responsibility to repair the world. This year, Jewish teens from across Delta Region will spend time on this special day and throughout the convention to make their community and the world a better place.
NEW THIS YEAR🦙🐒🦍
We are going to be leaving the hotel! On Saturday afternoon we are heading to the Memphis Zoo! We think, now more than ever, that getting out of the hotel and exploring a bit of what Memphis has to offer is the right move. Lunch will be on your own at the zoo!

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS: Beginning in August 2021, BBYO is requiring all teens, staff, and advisors to attend any overnight programs (chapter, city, council, regional, and international programs) based in the United States to be fully vaccinated (vax date plus two weeks). Currently, Moderna, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, or Johnson & Johnson are the accepted vaccines.
If your teen attended a BBYO summer program and has already uploaded their vaccination card to CampDoc, BBYO will transfer that over to their MyBBYO account so you do not need to do anything
If your teen did not attend a BBYO summer program, follow these steps:
Go to bbyo.org and sign in to your account
Under program alerts, you will see vaccine acknowledgment with the name of each of your teens and a button for the waiver
Click on the complete waiver
Please read through an entire waiver, sign and click submit
Reminder: this will NOT show up on a teen account only a parent account
BBYO works with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system. All participants and parents are required to complete a health file before attending a BBYO convention. Once you have registered for the convention, you will receive an email inviting you to join CampDoc. Accept the invitation and complete or update all forms. These forms provide dietary, medical, and other important information. Teens will not be allowed to attend without a complete profile.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND WHAT TO BRING: A detailed packing list will be sent out in the weeks leading up to the convention. The teens will be staying in quad occupancy hotel rooms, two teens per bed. The food will be kosher-style – no mixing of milk and meat.
