Event Details

Winter Cultural is North Carolina Council's contest convention. Each individual chapter will work together and develop chapter strength and spirit. All NC Council BBG, AZA and BBYO chapters will compete in Chapter song, Tee shirt design, Banner, Scrapbook, Newspaper, Oratory, Sports and other individual contests. This is a home housed convention.
