Event Details

LIFE Convention will take place on Friday, May 21st - Sunday, May 23rd. We hope that you will join us for this exciting HYBRID convention experience as we celebrate all we have accomplished this year!

The weekend will be chock full of fun chapter showcase programs, exciting in-person activities, inspirational senior speeches and amazing memories with your friends. Convention will also include the election of your 23rd Council boards. Convention cost is $50. Scholarship is available. (Apply here: https://bbyo.org/scholarship-form )

Below you will find an outline of the weekend's schedule (exact timing subject to change).

***Register by Thursday, May 13th at 11:59 pm in order to guarantee a spot at any in-person events or to be considered as a voting delegate spot at Council elections.***

3:30 - 5:30pm - IN PERSON Events (multiple locations, weather permitting)
6:30 - 10:00pm - Gold Life Ceremony (Hybrid; seniors - IN PERSON)

Sunday, May 23rd
10:00am - Council Endstates + Elections - Virtual Event
3:00pm - 5:00pm - IN PERSON Event (one location together in Nomahegan Park in Cranford, NJ

GJHRR Awards

This year, we will once again be honoring individual Aleph's and BBG's, chapters, and advisors with awards that will be presented during Gold Life on May 22nd. Teens are encouraged to submit nominations by May 9th.

Council Elections

Council Elections will take place virtually the morning of May 23rd. Voting delegates will be notified and confirmed the week prior to LIFE and should mark their calendars for May 19th at 6pm for a delegate meeting to prepare for virtual elections. All teens are invited to submit questions for candidates during the Meet the Candidates portion of elections.
