It's time for GJHRR's Annual Spirit Convention 2021. It's back in person and better than EVER!!!
This convention is where chapters compete against each other in a friendly rivalry throughout the weekend of skits, songs, and other fun activities. And the best part of all--Central Council and Northern Council will be able to share in several incredible moments together and then break out by Council for the competitions!
The weekend is open to 9th-12th grade members only.
The convention fee includes rooming, five meals and snacks, programming and a Saturday night event! Bus transportation will be provided from Paramus, Livingston, Clark and Marlboro. Convention pricing is as follows:
Early Bird ($350) if registered by 11:59pm on Sunday, October 24th.
Standard Pricing ($375) if registered after October 25 (four participants per room)
Limited Roommate Pricing ($475): Register here.
This is a hotel convention with four teens to a room (unless registering for Limited Roommate). Teens will be able to submit a roommate request when registering for convention. There is no guarantee they will be matched with their request, but we will work our hardest to fulfill all requests. Requests must be mutual to be considered. Every effort is made to ensure that teens are comfortable in their rooms and most teens are paired with a teen from their chapter and/or a delegate who is in the same grade.
Scholarship applications are available through November 18th. Apply for scholarship here.
Registration will close at midnight on Tuesday, November 23rd. No late registrations will be allowed.
The deadline to cancel with a full program refund (minus a $36 administrative fee) is November 23. Until that date, refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (email is acceptable) for any reason. After the registration deadline (Tuesday, November 23 at 11:59pm) we've already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given for any reason.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL attendees MUST be vaccinated in order to attend this convention and will be required to submit proof of vaccination upon registration.
