Join us for the first ever New Member Overnight!!! All members who have joined HVR since July 1 are invited to register for this exciting and innovative immersive experience designed to highlight the very best of what BBYO has to offer - siblinghood, leadership, and of course, Shabbat services! Teens will participate in a mix of programs led by regional board and their very own fellow new members. Get comfortable with the hotel and all your new friends before the March Overnight commences Saturday evening with the rest of the region. March Overnight registration is a separate link. Please see below.

Regular registration: $180 Jan 31 - Feb 21

Late registration: $210 Feb 22 - Feb 23 

Scholarship Application: Due Tuesday, Feb 20th at 11:59 pm. Please do not register until Regional Staff has confirmed with your family.

Registeration closes Wednesday, Feb 21st at 11:59 pm. Late fees will apply through Friday, Feb 23rd at 3:30 pm. Refunds will not be available after Wednesday, Feb 21st at 11:59 pm. 

Interested in the March Overnight? This registration is for new members since July 1 to attend for Friday March 1st - Saturday March 2nd. If you're staying the entire weekend to also participate in the March Overnight from Saturday March 2nd - Sunday March 3rd with the rest of the region, you must register here. Attending the March Overnight is not a requirement to participate in the New Member Overnight and vice versa.

Q&A

This is my first BBYO Immersive experience. What is expected of me?

All participants are expected to follow the Code of Conduct. Any violations will earn immediate disciplinary actions and in certain cases, participants will be sent home at any hour at their own expense and can be suspended from the BBYO program.

Is scholarship available?

Yes! Scholarship Applications are due Tuesday, Feb 20th at 11:59pm. Please DO NOT register until Regional Staff has confirmed with your family. All scholarship decisions will be finalized by Wednesday, Feb 21st. Please fill out this form: New Member/March Overnight Scholarship Application.

Will there be bussing to the New Member Overnight?

There will NOT be bussing for this event located at a hotel in Mt Kisco. Exact hotel details will be released closer to the weekend for security purposes. If you are in need of assistance in getting to the hotel, please reach out to [email protected] and we can help coordinate a ride for you.

Can I drive myself to the New Member Overnight?

Teens are not allowed, under any circumstance, to drive themselves to overnight events. We hold BBYO teen's safety and security to the highest standard and driving home after a tiring weekend is something we do not allow. I didn't originally register for the March Overnight, can I add it on once the New Member Overnight has begun?

No, registering for the March Overnight on site and/or after registration has closed is not possible.
