I'm not a BBYO member. Can I still come to Convention?

- Convention is for all HVR members, 9th - 12th grade. If you're not a member yet, please join at bbyo.org.

When does Convention registration close?

- Convention registration closes on Wednesday, Novemebr 20th at 11:59 pm.

What does the fee cover?

- The Convention cost covers transportation to and from the Convention venue, all meals, sleeping rooms, meeting space rentals, program supplies, seccurity, and special guests.

I want to come but can't stay the whole time. What should I do?

- Parents, please email [email protected] with any transportation arrangements other than bussing from the JCC Mid-Westchester. 

If I cancel, will I get a refund?

- No refunds will be given after Saturday, Novemebr 16th. Only cancellations due to natural causes after this date are eligible for a refund.

Is there scholarship money available?

- Scholarship funds are available. Please email [email protected] for more details.

I'm in 8th grade. Can I come to Convention?

- Convention is for BBYO Members, 9th - 12th grade. 8th graders are invited to Spring Convention, which is May 15th - 17th, 2020.

I have a food allergy. Will there be safe food for me to eat?

- BBYO works with the hotel chef to ensure there are safe meals availbale for every teen. Please email [email protected] with specific concerns or requests.
