Registration for AIT/MIT Convention 2019 is now open for all members who have not already attended AIT/MIT Convention!

 

Friday April 12th at 6:00pm through Sunday April 14th at 11:00am. 
Sign up before March 21st at 11:59pm and get early bird pricing of $259.00!
 

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the 10 business days prior to the program (04/2/2019). Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (camp, transportation, etc.). Within ten days of convention we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given (unless a doctors note is received due to illness). “No shows” will not receive a refund.

 

Select cities offer addition scholarship for Regional Conventions. Please contact your city director for more information.

A packing list will be sent out to all attendees closer to convention date!

 

Can teens drive themselves to convention?

No, teens may not drive themselves to convention. There will be transportation provideded from each city. Details will be set out with packing list closer to convention.
