Tournies November 4th-6th, 2016 at the Harrisburg JCC (Teens are hosted by local teens and families) **EARLY BIRD DEADLINE - OCTOBER 15th - $195 **FINAL DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 16th-20th - $210 **Scholarship Applications must be submitted by October 15th to be considered (Please find the scholarship form here: https://bbyo.org/regionalscholarship/) By applying for a scholarship, you guarantee yourself/your teen a spot at the convention. You do not need to register on B-linked for the convention; we will do that for you. You will be contacted with the scholarship amount you are rewarded, and log into B-linked to pay the balance. Tournies is a tradition in Liberty that goes back many decades. It is the largest attended convention and includes friendly chapter and individual competitions from song/banner/cheer to basketball, volleyball and water polo. Not an athlete? No worries! There is oratory, panel discussion, storytelling! Chess, checkers and backgammon! Are you musically inclined? Then participate in singing or instrumental, dance! Whatever it is that you enjoy doing, you will find something here for you! Come experience a weekend full of Ruach and energy and fun! There is no better time than a weekend with 300 Jewish teens full of fun and spirit!! **Busing Update: Liberty Region BBYO is changing the way we do our transportation to Regional Conventions. We have done research and have decided to now include the cost of busing in the overall convention fee. Moving forward, every teen will pay the exact same amount towards transportation across the region. Teens who live in the community that the convention is being held will also pay the same fee as this will even out throughout the programming year. Local advisors will still reserve the buses and the Regional Offices will pay the invoices. We find this to be consistent across our Order and strongly believe it will simplify the overall process of transportation to and from conventions. **Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the final registration deadline for this program (October 20th, 2016). Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline (October 20th, 2016), partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (hotel, transportation, etc..). Within ten days of convention (Oct 25th) we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund. CampDoc will send you an email to complete medical forms upon registering for the convention. This email may take up to 7 days to receive.
