Regional Leadership Training Institute (RLTI) is an opportunity for EVERY BBYO member to learn leadership training skills. Whether you have a board position or not, you will learn from teen leaders, adult staff, volunteers and outside professionals throughout this incredibly jam-packed awesome weekend. Remember, our culture is, "you do not need a title to be a leader!" We hope to see over 200 participants at this convention! One of the huge leadership opportunities of this weekend will be creating an actual Strategic Plan for your own individual chapter! Each and every chapter member will have significant input on what the calendar and programming will look like this upcoming year. Don't miss out! *** Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline will be the same as the final registration and payment deadline for the convention which is Tuesday, September 6th. Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason.
