Spring Fling is an opportunity to be a part of the planning for the future of Liberty Region. Come take part in Presidential State of the Region Addresses, End of Year Officer Reports, Meet the Candidates, Life Ceremonies for graduating seniors and let your voice be heard and counted as you elect your 2016-17 Regional Boards! This is a small window for registration. Scholarship forms will be due on MONDAY MAY 2ND (SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS SECURE YOUR SPOT FOR THE CONVENTION AT THE EARLY BIRD RATE. DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM THE REGIONAL OFFICE CONCERNING YOUR SCHOLARSHIP AWARD BY MAY 6TH) EARLY BIRD DEADLINE OF $199 - MONDAY, MAY 2ND FINAL DEADLINE OF $220 - MONDAY MAY 9TH Don't Miss Out on joining over 200 of your BBYO friends for the LAST CONVENTION OF THE PROGRAM YEAR! **CANCELLATION POLICY: What is the convention cancellation/refund policy? The cancellation deadline will be the same as the final registration and payment deadline for the convention (May 9th). Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the final registration date, refunds are not available for any reason.
