Miami Region is proud to announce that registration for our first ever Fall Convention is now open! Space is limited so you can reserve your space with just a $50 deposit. Please see below for all convention details: LOCATION: The Westin Fort Lauderdale 400 Corporate Drive Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 DATE: Friday, November 11th- Sunday, November 13rd Please note that there is no school on Friday, November 11th COST: $299, Early Bird ends 5:00pm Thursday, September 29th $320, Regular Registration ends 5:00pm Friday, November 1st Scholarship is available by applying here. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by Sunday, October 2nd. All applicants will be notified of their status on Thursday, October 6th. Registration with a $50 deposit is required along with scholarship applications. Early Bird registration closes on 5:00pm Friday, September 30th- NO EXCEPTIONS WHAT IS FALL CONVENTION: Fall Convention is a one of a kind convention open to 9th-12th grade members that we have added to Miami’s calendar. This convention is centered around brotherhood/sisterhood, regional spirit, innovative programming, and so much more! We are also thrilled to announce that this year, teen favorite Eric Hunker will be our song leader for this convention! Because of limited convention space, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. TRANSPORTATION: Bus transportation will be provided from various locations throughout Miami to and from convention. All transportation information will be sent with the orientation packet the week prior to the overnight. Transportation costs are included in the registration fee. ***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION*** CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before October 19th at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after October 19th will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
