Lake Placid, FL 33852 DATE: Friday, January 20th- Sunday, January 22nd Please note that in order to get down to Lake Placid on time for Shabbat, we are expecting an early afternoon departure for buses. COST: $225 24-hour only flash sale! (Ends 9PM Tuesday, November 29th- Must pay in full for flash sale) $235, Early Bird until 5:00pm on Friday December 9th, $260, Regular Registration until 5:00pm on January 10th Scholarship is available by applying at BBYO.org/regionalscholarship. Please note that all scholarship applications are due by Wednesday, December 7th. All applicants will be notified of their status on Wednesday, November 30th. WHAT IS MIT AIT/LTI: Our Members in Training and Alephs in Training Weekend will occur alongside our Leadership Training Conference. Conventions are structured to help your teen learn the BBYO basics and knowledge that they may use to become a better leader in and out of BBYO. A great mix of fun and education all happening alongside both Gold Coast and North Florida Region as we celebrate our 13th years respectively. All three regions will come together for meaningful moments throughout the weekend, led by your teens as well as special guests Ira Dounn, Director of Jewish Enrichment for BBYO and Josh Cohen, BBYO Songleader. Because of limited bus space, registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. TRANSPORTATION: Bus transportation will be provided to and Lake Placid Camp. All transportation information will be sent with the orientation packet the week prior to the overnight. Transportation costs are included in the registration fee. ***PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT DRIVE TO OR FROM THE CONVENTION*** CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made on or before December 23rd at 5:00 PM will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after December 23rd will not be eligible for a refund under ANY circumstances.
