Weekend convention filled with meaningful experiences, while meeting other 9th-12th grade teens from all over Long Island. Early-bird special of $319 ends Tuesday November 3, 2015. From Wednesday November 4, 2015 regular convention fee is $335. Cancellation policy: Absolutely no refunds will be made after November 18, 2015. As the weekend approaches, we will send out more information, but for now, some answers to FAQ’s... * All meals are kosher style-Vegetarian (Glatt Kosher available by request). * All rooms are quad occupancy (4 to a room) and there are no room requests. Rooming is done by age, and when possible two kids from each chapter and the SAME grade will be roomed with another two teens (to the best of our ability). * Adult supervision will be present, 1 adult staff member per 20 participants. * Boys and Girls sleep on opposite ends of the hotel. * We travel by Coach buses, with a staff on each bus. Be sure to sign up tonight before it is too late! We are capping at 550, and we are expecting sign ups to sell out very quickly. To ensure a spot for your teen, please register as soon as possible.
