Fall Convention
November 9 - 11, 2018
Convention starts at 3 pm on Friday and ending at 2 pm on Sunday!
Holiday Inn and Suites in MA (full address will be available upon signing into BBYO account)
Early Bird Fee: $295 between 10/08/2018 - 10/15/2018
Regular Fee: $335 between 10/16/2018 - 10/25/2018

Join us for BBYO New England Region's Fall Convention 2018! The weekend includes programming around Tikkun Olam, Alumni guest speakers who will share their Kenya experience learning about the Kenyan-Israeli Relationship, Friday Night Onegs, Shabbat Experiences, and so much more! 

Scholarship is available on a limited basis, due by 10/15/2018 (scholarship is based off of the early bird fee). The scholarship application can be found here. Scholarship awards will be emailed on 10/16/2018 by the end of day.

Payment plans are available if needed past October 25, 2018.

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the final registration deadline for this program. Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (hotel, transportation, etc.). Within ten days of convention we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given (unless a doctors note is received due to illness). “No shows” will not receive a refund.

Travel Info

Transportation Information: All teens must travel with their chapters or from their geographic location unless given permission by Samantha Walsh, [email protected] to ride from a different location. Buses will be staffed by advisors or parents. Our buses are almost full, so we are not able to accommodate last minute switches without permission. *Please note the times are approximate and we ask that you do arrive at the time below, so we can be on time. We do try to be at the locations by the time below, at times there are unforeseen delays.

Transportation Provided from Acton, Metrowest, Newton, Sharon, and Rhode Island. As our event is hosted in the North Shore, teens should be dropped off/picked up by a parent/guardian. Teens may not drive to the event themselves from the North Shore per BBYO transporation policy.

Home from the Event Venue (Arrive at Holiday Inn & Suites)
All busses will depart from Holiday Inn & Suites at 2:00 pm and proceed directly to their departure points (times below are approximate). For the safety of all teens, we are asking that parents help supervise drop off locations until the last teens are picked up. Please be on time picking up your teen.
