It's back! New England Region BBYO for Beau-Sweetheart Dance!

Come Dance with NER in Boston for traditional regional Spring Dance !  Attire is semi-formal.

Open to 8th-12th grade Jewish teens- BBYO members and non-members!

We will have Food, a DJ (DJ Damien from Regional Kickoff), a photo booth and more.

See FAQ's for Transportation information. No teens are allowed to drive themselves to or from the event.

Deadline to register is Monday March 11 at 11:59pm

Please note, There are NO BBYO programs or sleepovers after the conclusion of the dance.  When the program ends, all teens should return home via bus,  parent/family pick up.  Jeff will reach out to chapters to figure out carpools.

Cost: $50.00

Q&A

We are looking for bus/event chaperones--if you are able to chaperone, please call/text Jeff at 412-983-0590.  We will be able to cover the cost of the event free of charge for your teen(s).

Teens are not allowed to drive themselves to this event or carpool.   They can be dropped off by family members and/or parents.

There will be buses (included in the cost) from the following locations- times will be finalized within the week of the event and sent out via email.

PLEASE NOTE THESE TIMES ARE ROUGH ESTIMATES AND NONE OF THESE LOCATIONS ARE GUARANTEED, these are our typical locations--based on registration question results, we will finalize bus locations. 

  • Providence- the JCC- pick up at 6:45-7pm, drop off by 12:15am
  • Sharon Area/South Shore- from Sharon- Temple Israel, pick up by 7:30pm, drop off by 11:45pm
  • Acton- Beth Elohim, pick up at 6:45-7pm, drop off by 12:15am
  • Marblehead- Temple Emanu-el, pick up around 7:30pm, drop off by 12:15am
  • Andover area- 209 N Main St (Stop n Shop), pick up at 645-7pm, drop off by 12:15am
  • Newton- Temple Emanuel, pick up at 7:45pm, drop off at 11:30pm

For Metrowest, we have recently done buses in Natick (most typically) and Westborough- please mark down your preferred bus location.  Depending on results we may be able to do both.

We strongly suggest eating dinner beforehand, there will be food and snacks but no sit down dinner. We have will have:

  • Macaroni & Cheese/Pasta Area: there will be gluten and dairy free options, it's all vegetarian
  • Ice Cream and Sorbets, Cookies
  • Lemonade and Water

There are NO BBYO programs or sleepovers after the conclusion of Beau Sweetheart Dance.  When the program ends, all teens should return home via bus or paren bet/family pick up.
