Event Details It's time to celebrate the kickoff of an exciting year for North Texas Oklahoma region! Join us in boarding Miss Gloria and Abigail Rose party boats at Sam's Dock in Lake Lewisville. All Jewish teens in 8th-12th grades are invited to swim, play games, and celebrate a new year in NTO! Don't forget to bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a refillable water bottle! We'll have snacks to go with your sips, but we recommend grabbing a bite before you board. Please arrive at Anshai Torah no later than 1:45 PM. We will depart for the pier together at 2:00 PM and head on our cruise. Cost: $60.00 Location: Lewisville 75056 Q&AIs this event open to non-members and members of BBYO? Yes, all Jewish teens are welcome. Members, if you are recommended by a prospect/ get someone to sign up, you will receive a $10 discount. Please contact Courtney or Annie for the discount code. Will I/my teen be able to attend if I/they arrive late? We will be departing from Anshai Torah no later than 2PM. If your teen is not on the bus by then, they will not be able to join us on the cruise. They cannot be dropped off at the pier without discussing this with Courtney prior. Your teen does not want to miss the bus ride! Are there bathrooms on the boat? Yes! Is there shade on the boat? Yes, the bottom tier of the boat is shaded. We recommend all teens wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water. Will there be adult chaperones? Yes, we will have adult chaperones (BBYO staff and advisors) on each boat as well as 2 additional Marina staff personnel. Are personal inflatables permitted? Yes, but due to limited boat space, all inflatables must remain uninflated until we have reached the swimming area.
