-LOKAHI: A COUNCIL UNITED- At the end of every year, DC Council unites for a weekend packed with fun, friendship, and the best of our BBYO traditions. Together, we'll celebrate the past year through an amazing Shabbat experience, a DJ'd dance, and incredible teen-led programs. Don't miss out, register NOW before all spots are filled. Cost: $290. The price of convention includes 3 days and 2 nights stay at Capital Camps, all meals and snacks, all programming fees, and transportation from Rockville or Columbia. Scholarship applications are due by 11:59 pm on Monday, March 14th. Applications can be accessed at: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/52306894066965. Final registration and cancellation date is 5:00 pm on Friday, March 25th. Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel with a full program refund is the final registration deadline for this program. Until that date, full refunds will be granted for cancellations in writing (e-mail is acceptable), for any reason. After the registration deadline, partial refunds may be available based on convention expenses already paid (hotel, transportation, etc). Within ten days of convention, we have already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. No-shows will not receive a refund. Questions?
