AZA Con is open to ALL Jewish Teens in 8th-12th grade

Cost

$85 Regular Registration from Monday, November 18th through Sunday, December 1st.

$100 Late Registration from Monday, December 2nd through Tuesday, December 3rd.
 
About AZA Con 
AZA Con is a chance for all Alephs to come together to participate in brotherhood bonding while playing sports and video games. You do not want to miss out on this event!

AZA Con will take place at Force Sports (26555 Richmond Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146) from Saturday, December 7th to Sunday, December 8th. Teens should arrive at Force Sports at 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 7th, and get picked up at 8:00 a.m. at Force Sports on Sunday, December 8th. Teens are NOT permitted to drive themselves to this event.

Forms
Medical forms and Waivers must be filled out prior to attending the weekend. Forms are done through the “Camp Docs” system online, and the online submission must be completed by December 4th, in order for teens to attend the event. After registering for the event, you will receive an email to complete the medical form.
 
Cancellation Policy
If a registered participant cancels by December 3rd, (the final day of registration), a full refund will be received. After December 3rd, we’ve already confirmed the final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
