This convention is open to members of BBYO in 9-12 grade and 8th graders who attend AIT/MIT

Flash Sale: Thursday April 4-Friday April 5 at a special rate of $350. 

Regular registration opens on Saturday, April  6, and will continue through Thursday, April, 11 at the price of $370.

Late registration opens on Friday, April 12, and will continue through April, 21 at a price of $380.

About Regional Convention

Regional Convention (RC) is our annual spring convention, where teens participate in fun and interactive programming, elect the new regional board, hear the state of the region address, and have an unforgettable weekend with friends! RC takes place at Hilton Garden Inn Mayfield (700 Beta Drive, Cleveland, Ohio, 44143), and it is scheduled from Thursday, May 16-Sunday, May 19. Teens should arrive at Hilton Garden Inn at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, and get picked up at 12:00 p.m. at Hilton Garden Inn on Sunday, May 19. Teens are NOT permitted to drive themselves to overnight conventions.

Scholarships

Scholarships are NOT available during late registration (after April 11).

Forms

Medical forms and Waivers must be filled out prior to attending the weekend. Forms are done through the “Camp Docs” system online, and the online submission must be completed by May 1, in order for teens to attend the weekend. After registering for the event, you will receive an email to complete the medical form.

Cancellation Policy

If a registered participant cancels by April 21, (the final day of registration), a full refund will be received. After April 21, we’ve already confirmed final counts with our vendors, and no refunds will be given. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
