- Who is this event for?

This event is for any teen 8th-12th grade that is either already a member of BBYO or is interested in finding out more about what it means to be a part of BBYO.  We can't wait to see you there! 

- How will I get to and from the event?

Great question!  You have several options on how to get to the event and we would love to know which one you will be choosing.  You can

a) drive yourself if you are of legal age to drive and you are withing a 1.5 radius of the event.

b) get dropped off by a parent/carpool

c) take a form of transportation provided by BBYO. (One heading from El Camino High School in Woodland Hills South making a stop at the Westside Jewish Community Center in LA and one heading from Lawrence Family JCC in San Diego due North

As part of your registration, you must answer a survey that will inform us of your mode of transportation.

 - What about Covid? What are the protocols?

As of right now, BBYO is requiring all staff and advisors to be vaccinated in order to supervise events.  Also, anytime we are indoors, masks must be worn (apart from eating and drinking).  If you experienced any Covid symptoms prior to the event and/or recently had or have a fever, we ask that you please refrain from coming.  Temperatures will be taken at the door in order to ensure everyone’s safety. 

 - Can I cancel and get a refund? 

You are allowed to cancel your registration and ask for a refund up until the registration closes on Sunday, August 22nd at 11:59pm. After that, no refunds will be given.
