Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Complaint Procedures

It is the policy of BBYO to maintain a working environment that encourages mutual respect and promotes respectful and congenial relationships between staff, advisors, teens, and participants, and that is free from all forms of harassment.

For Adult Guests

A safe a healthy environment is paramount at all BBYO events. All guests and alumni are expected to adhere to the expectations in this document and to act in accordance with BBYO values.

For Parents and Caregivers

A strong partnership between parents/caregivers and staff is essential to creating positive experiences and ensuring the safety of all teens, staff, and advisors. To support this meaningful connection, we ask all parents and caregivers to agree to the commitments in this document.

For Teens

The BBYO Code of Conduct and Community Standards is a document designed in partnership with teens and staff to protect the health, safety and well-being of teens, staff, advisors, and participants in mind. By being a member of AZA and BBG, you have committed to abiding by this document.

Mental Health Policy

BBYO is committed to providing an emotionally, mentally, and physically safe and respectful environment for our teens. This policy describes families' responsibility to include any relevant information regarding teens' mental, emotional, and social health, and BBYO's responsibility should there be a mental health need.

Immunization History Form

Fill out this form to document a teen's required immunizations and have a physician sign it before BBYO program attendance.

Immunization Policy

Teens and adults in attendance at BBYO overnight experiences are required to have age-appropriate vaccines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Medical Vaccination Exemption Request Form

A doctor can use this form to request a medical exemption from vaccination requirements, which must be submitted within five days of registration.

Physician Examination Form

This form documents a teen's medical examination and requires a physician's confirmation of fitness to participate in the BBYO program.
